He is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and has been a valuable member of the Napa Flats team since September of 2020.
Rey’s bilingual skills help communicate to a growing and diverse client and team. His technical skills ensure efficiency and accuracy of even the smallest and most complex details.
Managing on-site catering teams of 15 to 50+ people comes seamlessly to Rey, who ensures everybody is on the same page and delivers the highest quality food and service in real time to every event, every time.
